Victorian Open Water Swim Calendar
Welcome to the 2011-12 Casey Seals Open Water Swimming Calendar. This is the most comprehensive source of information for open water swimming events in Victoria each year.
The calendar lists the open water swimming events in Victoria for the 2011-2012 summer season. Most of the races are held at various beaches around Port Phillip Bay, Westernport Bay and the Victorian ocean beaches from early December through to mid-March. There are even a couple of swims in Victoria's inland rivers and lakes.
The calendar was compiled from various sources, including the Cousins Tours & Travel and Ocean Swims open water swimming calendars, the websites of the organisations running the swims and from information supplied by the organisers themselves.
Most of the events are finalised now and the details have been published. However, changes may occur at any time and events may be rescheduled due to bad weather, so keep checking back regularly for updates.
